2026 Election Ballots

As stated in the TMCA Bylaws, ballots must be distributed to members by May 1 and returned by June 15 for counting. The ballot will include both qualified petitioners and the nominees recommended by the Nominating Committee. Write-in votes are not permitted.    

Any candidate receiving a plurality of the votes cast for any office shall be declared elected.  Results of the election will be certified to the Board of Directors no later than June 30th. 

In case of a tie, another ballot shall be taken concerning that specific office.  In the event of another ballot, ballots shall be sent to all members entitled to cast votes for the position in question no later than July 15.  Ballots must be returned by August 1, and the winner certified by the Nominating Committee no later than August 15.

The officers and directors elected shall take office September 1.

Votes will be submitted electronically through the TMCA website.  Paper ballots will not be available.  Only members with an active membership as of May 1st, 2026, will be able to view and submit a ballot.

Ballot submissions are anonymous.

Members in Region I, III, V, VII and IX

You will cast your vote for President Elect, Second Vice-President and Treasurer only.

Regional Directors for odd numbered regions are elected in odd numbered years.

You must be a member in good standing before May 1st.

You will receive an on-screen confirmation of submission.  No other confirmation will be provided.

You may only cast your ballot one time.

All ballots are anonymous.

General Ballot



Members in Region II, IV, VI, VIII and X

You will cast your vote for President Elect, Second Vice-President, Treasurer, and your Regional Director.

Only candidates for Regional Director from your region will appear on your ballot.  

Region assignments are determined by the county in which your primary court is located.  

You must be a member in good standing before May 1st.


You will receive an on-screen confirmation of submission.  No other confirmation will be provided.

You may only cast your ballot one time.

All ballots are anonymous.
