The format of the Annual Meeting has changed for this year. The meeting has historically been part of an annual conference.
This year the Annual Meeting will be conducted after the quarterly TMCA/TMCEC board meeting on July 23, 2020, at the Sonesta Hotel in Bee Cave, Texas.
This new format will exclude educational opportunities. There will be no judicial or clerk educational credit at the annual meeting.
There will be an awards reception for the annual TMCA award recipients. If you have nominations for TMCA Judge of the Year, Clerk of the Year and Prosecutor of the Year, you can submit your nomination using the link below.
Please make plans to join us in person or virtually. Information on how to attend virtually will be available on this page at a later date
The limitations currently in place due to the Covid-19 Pandemic may affect the plans for this meeting. Please check this page often for updates.
Each year, the TMCA honors an Outstanding Jurist, Court Support Staff Member and Prosecutor who have made outstanding contributions to the fair and impartial administration of justice.
Any individual presently serving as a Municipal Judge, Clerk, Court Administrator, Juvenile Case Manager, Interpreter, Bailiff, Warrant Officer or Prosecutor is eligible.
The selected award winners will be recognized at a reception following the Annual Meeting.
Supporting documentation or letters of recommendation are required with each submission.
