TMCA/TMCEC Committees

BYLAWS COMMITTEE

This committee is tasked to review the bylaws, Articles of Incorporation, Mission Statement, and grant conditions to assure compatibility; to receive proposed Bylaws changes from Association members, including committee members; to evaluate proposed changes for conformity with the Association’s aforesaid existing documents; and to submit the committee’s recommendation to the TMCA Board.

The committee shall assure that each member of the Association is provided with a ballot reflecting the proposed changes to the Bylaws, shall provide a place for the ballot to be mailed, count the ballots received, and report the results to the Board of Directors. The committee shall assure that the approved revisions are incorporated into the Bylaws.
